This time last year, I was roaming the streets of Istanbul. I can’t believe that it’s been a year already! I still remember it like it was just yesterday. The trip was definitely the highlight of 2013 for me.
Here’s a Flashback Friday post for you:
While the rest of the group toured Topkapi Palace, Grace (Sandier Pastures) and I were lucky to find this place overlooking the Bosporus. I could just sit here and do … nothing 😀
If given an opportunity to go back, I would love to visit Hagia Sofia again because we were not able to stay for long inside and there were some restoration going on. Another place I want to see is the Basilica Cistern
I’ve been wanting to go back because I want to explore some more. Someday. Soon. But for now, I’m happy reading my old posts:
And as a bonus, here’s a link to our video (I still squirm whenever I see this. I was so nervous filming the interview! ha ha).
By the way, I also made a post on how to get Turkish visa for Filipinos in Dubai. Enjoy!!
Hey there! I’m a mom of two who loves to crochet. Balancing work and motherhood is crazy, but I handle it with love and humor. With my eldest entering her tween years, the chaos just got a whole lot more interesting!
I’m fueled by coffee and dream of working from home. When I need to chill, I turn to my trusty essential oils. They’re my secret weapon for staying sane in the madness.
Join me for mom life, crochet, and my journey to work from home and retire before life passes me by.
