Blog: K Vanity Project
How did you start blogging?
It started on my scrapbook diary back 2008 where I wrote random things about my experiences, dreams and places I want to go. I’ve cut-out many pictures to put on it and give a life on what I’ve written. Since elementary until high school I’ve had this scrap-booking addiction and I couldn’t get out of that in my life. College came and I’ve noticed the blogging became boom in the social media industry. I saw and read many blogs about lifestyle, travel, fashion and etc. But because of my studies I couldn’t find time to start my blog even if I wanted to. As time goes by, I’ve continued reading many blogs, and guess what? After my college I had this feeling of starting my own blog site, but it takes again years to finally pursue it. But look at me now I’ve finally built and gave in last August this year my personal blog I called “K Vanity Project”.
What do you write about?
I write about fashion, places I’ve been, the foods I love and sometimes beauty products reviews.
Any tips for new bloggers?
For the new blogger like me, don’t afraid to share your unforgettable and awesome experiences, thoughts you want to express as long as it will not affect the privacy of others.
What are the challenges you face with blogging?
As of now, I am more challenge in TIME. Time management is my priority because of my daytime work. It’s hard for me to find time for blogging, but if you set a time management as the center of your daily life daytime work and blogging would be possible!
What do you do outside of blogging?
Aside from blogging, I do my day-time work as Admin Assistant / receptionist in an Interior company in Dubai.
Blogs you recommend my readers should read/follow?
I recommend the three blog sites I really love from the start: Break My Style by Laureen Uy, Camille Tries to Blog by Camille Co and Fashion Footprint by Wafaa.

Hey there! I’m a mom of two who loves to crochet. Balancing work and motherhood is crazy, but I handle it with love and humor. With my eldest entering her tween years, the chaos just got a whole lot more interesting!
I’m fueled by coffee and dream of working from home. When I need to chill, I turn to my trusty essential oils. They’re my secret weapon for staying sane in the madness.
Join me for mom life, crochet, and my journey to work from home and retire before life passes me by.
