My dear cousin and I went out today. She was supposed to get her passport renewed at the embassy but we were told to come back on another day since they are already full. We took a number and scheduled the task for next week.
Then we decided to meet with her friend in Dubai Marina. I must say, the view from the 23rd floor blew me away! It was so awesome that I forgot that I have a camera…I even forgot my name for a bit. Just thinking about waking up every morning to that view gives me goosebumps!
After spending some time in the Marina, we decided to stop by Nazih (this is where I get my OPI stuff). It’s just like Alanis Morisette‘s song, Ironic. We passed by the store, no available parking space. So we had to go back and park like a block away. Then we walked in 45 C heat. When we arrived at the door, there exactly in front of the store, parking space. Unoccupied. GAAHH!
Anyhow, I had a chit chat with the girls in there. Still no new collections. Oh, I think they did have Alice in Wonderland Collection but it’s all gone now, except for Absolutely Alice (which I don’t really like). I just bought my polish thinner, a base coat and a glass file. They told me that they’ll be having new stocks by July… what year? I dunno.
Then we went to Festival City. We stopped by the essence booth coz I wanted to check if they have the Into The Wild Collection already (nope, they don’t) and if they’re going to have the Eclipse Collection. As much as Len is helpful, she wasn’t really sure if the new collection will come. But she did give my cousin a make over. And then she told me to sit, no…she commanded me to sit. Yep, got a make over too. Nothing fancy but it’s enough to make us feel special.
Then we went to Ikea to check out some mattresses and do some camwhoring. Treated ourselves with a couple of hotdogs and went home. I had fun. Wish everyday is like this.

hi Pam! Thanks for the compliment. I don’t really wear make up often and I suck at posing for the cam. LOL. I think I got this one right. 😀
