Another item in the loot bag for review. To be honest, I was a bit hesitant to use this product because I had a bad experience with another Palmer’s product. But that was ages ago and now I’m not so sure if my skin reacted to the product or it was something else.
Anyhooooo, I tried a small packet of Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula – Skin Therapy Oil. When I say “small packet”… it means a small packet. I finished it in about three uses. I thought it won’t be enough to see a difference. But I was wrong. At first, I thought this product is just like the normal baby oil I use. It is oil. Clear and it smells like Cocoa (of course it does! hah!!) It didn’t really do anything for my skin (or so I thought). It gets easily absorbed by the skin so no oily feeling.
Photo grabbed from Palmer’s website
I used this product on my tummy because, well, that’s where I have the most stretch marks (due to pregnancy). I am happy to report that just a few minutes ago, I realized that my marks are lighter…almost gone.
Will I purchase again? YES!!
What’s not to love about this product?
- Easily absorbed by the skin
- Smells wonderful (I love the smell of cocoa!!)
- No icky feeling
- It moisturizes the skin.
