Shattered

…or also known as the day that lifeproof failed me.

Last Thursday my iPhone shattered. It really broke my heart. It was on top of our computer table when my baby decided to swipe everything off on the table.

Next thing I knew, my phone is on the floor, screen facing down. I didn’t put much thought into it since I’m convinced that nothing will happen because my phone is lifeproofed.

The thing with the life proof case is that it’s not only water proof but also shock proof. According to the lifeproof website, it can withstand a fall of maximum two meters.

Our table was about two feet, more or less. So how come an iPhone with an expensive hardcase gets shattered like this??

Really, why??

Ps. It landed flat on the floor… Nothing else. 🙁
