For about a year, I’ve been using St. Ives Body Wash in Energizing Citrus. I raved about this product here. But when I got pregnant, I couldn’t tolerate the smell. For some reason, it just didn’t work well for me. I still have a bottle, untouched for for almost a year now.
A few days ago, I had a chance to go to the supermarket by myself. A break from my mommy duties, I took my time checking beauty products. I found myself sniffing St. Ives body washes again. I decided to buy this:
Product Description
Treat your skin daily to this decadent, ultra-moisturizing St. Ives Creamy Vanilla Body Wash. The luxurious lather naturally nourishes and hydrates skin with a blend of jojoba, shea, and cocoa butters, while the naturally comforting vanilla scent indulges the senses. Use daily with St. Ives lotions so you can enjoy skin that looks and feels irresistibly smooth, soft and touchable.Application
Pour onto moistened pouf, sponge, washcloth or hands. Work into a rich, creamy lather and rinse. Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of contact with eyes, flush thoroughly with water.
I just love the way it smells and how it leaves my skin moisturized. I don’t have to apply lotions anymore! (which is a big plus for me since I can’t have more than 5 minutes shower time… yes 5 minutes! #motherhood)
I got my eyes on this next:
-Edited to add: I’ve just read the reviews on creamy vanilla. Apparently its not the same as the original version…somehow the scent changed. Well, I wouldn’t know the difference since I’m using this for the first time. And I still love it. 🙂
