After San Diego, we checked in at Lemon Tree Hotel & Suites in Anaheim, CA. We were going to Disney California Adventure the next day so it was the best way to maximise our trip.
Lemon Tree Hotel and Suites is located at 1600 E. Lincoln Ave., Anaheim CA. which is about 10 minutes away from Disneyland by car.
We only needed a room to sleep in so we got a standard room. However, we were upgraded to a Family Suite when we arrived which was really appreciated. The suite has a master bedroom where the parents stayed.
The master bedroom has its own flat screen TV inside along with cabinets and drawers for your things. Pretty spacious.
There were 2 queen sized beds in the living room, which technically is no longer a living room since the beds occupied most of the space but I am not complaining. As I’ve said, we only needed a place to stay for the night and we were not expecting any visitors anyways.
The family suite is perfect for families, of course. Everyone gets to sleep comfortably. Blake and I shared the other queen sized bed.
Other room amenities includes: microwave, coffee maker machine, mini refrigerator, another flat screen TV, an office table. They also have free WiFi service and complimentary breakfast.
There is a small wash area just outside the toilet:
The toilet and bath are quite small for my liking but good enough as it serves its purpose.
We had a pleasant stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel & Suites. The room was very cozy and area was quiet. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. We had buns and butter, some fruits, cereal, and coffee. We sat outside the patio while we watch cars drive by. This is where my mom and I had our “moment“, so this place is quite memorable for me.
Check in and check out was very easy. We were out by 9 am the next day to enjoy Disney California Adventure! You can check out Lemon Tree Hotel & Suites website for more information.

Hey there! I’m a mom of two who loves to crochet. Balancing work and motherhood is crazy, but I handle it with love and humor. With my eldest entering her tween years, the chaos just got a whole lot more interesting!
I’m fueled by coffee and dream of working from home. When I need to chill, I turn to my trusty essential oils. They’re my secret weapon for staying sane in the madness.
Join me for mom life, crochet, and my journey to work from home and retire before life passes me by.
